You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or make purchases. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

• Use the Website to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

For custom laser-engraved products, you are responsible for providing accurate specifications, including text, designs, or images. We are not liable for errors in customizations due to incorrect or unclear instructions provided by you. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless defective (see Section 4).

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@gritngracecreations.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We accept returns for non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us at support@gritngracecreations.com for instructions.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, subject to inspection of the returned product.

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is owned by Grit N Grace Creations or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

For custom orders, you represent that any text, images, or designs you submit do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely to fulfill your order.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New Braunfels, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
